• Modify the CEP homepage to be engagement-centric, improving user experience. 
• Expand available resources beyond documents on document resources for a more comprehensive knowledge base. 
• Replace "goals" with "aspirations" as a filter to better align with the overall vision. 
• Generate an user-side activity link on creation of different activities to streamline tracking and monitoring.

Handover Activities (Ongoing activities)

• Integrate SMS API’s ( Twilio & Wasiliana) to enhance communication capabilities in future.
• Add Engagements API to facilitate national deployments, ensuring scalability and accessibility.
• Finalize the Docs manual for admins, providing comprehensive guidance on platform management. 
• Incorporate FAQs into the user frontend to address common queries and enhance user support.

Question: How do we seamlessly integrate Agenda 2063, Citizen Engagement (CE), and the Citizen Engagement Platform (CEP) for improved visibility, user experience, and harmonized access?

Online Version of CE Handbook:

• Develop and launch an online version of the CE Handbook, ensuring stakeholders have easy access to essential resources and guidelines.

Agenda 2063 Site Enhancement

• Introduce a dedicated section on the Agenda 2063 website to emphasize the significance of CE and CEP. 
• Incorporate a menu link on the site, directing users to both CEP and the newly developed online CE Handbook.

Website Modification

• Modify the Agenda 2063 website to seamlessly integrate the online CE Handbook and CEP, enhancing the user experience.

Other Suggestions

• Implement interactive features for polls and surveys to enhance user engagement and feedback collection. 
• Develop a comprehensive “citizen engagement centric survey templates”  guide on creating and conducting effective surveys with citizens
